Hey, I get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. Every mug here is made to order through our print partner, so returns and exchanges aren’t possible if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong size or color.

But if your mug arrives damaged or there’s a printing mistake, no worries—we’ll make it right. Mistakes happen!

Just contact me within 30 days of receiving your order and include a quick photo of the issue. There’s no need to send the mug back.

I’ll work with our print partner to get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Because every musician deserves their coffee break—minus the broken handle.
